THIS FALL'S ENTERTAINMENT - Our juvenile delinquent Red-tailed Hawk

Our youngster in flight

I have my prey but I don't know what to do now - LEAVE ME ALONE and go away!

Yeah it's a squirrel and you are too late to save it!

Quit looking at me!

It's a nice view from here now that the crows have left.

RADNOR Middle School 7th Grade WATERSHED Program
Radnor, Pennsylvania
TEACHERS: Banny Ackerman and Jon Savitch

These visits have been a wonderful experience for us at the hawk watch. It is nice to see
young people
so well prepared and so interested in learning even under chilly conditions. Viewing the students field
journals and their creative ways of gathering information was most impressive. This is truly a tribute to
their dedicated teachers. Thanks to you all for using our resource - it has truly been our pleasure!

RTPHW Participates in the Bird Watcher's Digest
International BIG SIT Count on October 8, 2006
50 total species were counted during the day. The large friendly crowd
brought food to share with all. RTPHW intends to make this an annual
event.
